As you can see on the image or in our live RollerCoin marketplace tracker, we have broken far out of the 50 PH/RLT range again and pushed into the 70s, where we're now closing in on the 80s. This is a pretty big leap, likely at least somewhat in part due to the upcoming Halloween and end-of-year events along with things like the recent Void Shroud sale, for those who didn't miss out on it.
The Play: Prepare for Events
Right now, we know two things are going to happen: sales and events. It's hard to say exactly how the sales will go, but event-wise, we at least know we should expect one or two more burn events by the end of the year. With the way a couple of the miners are going price-wise, specifically looking at Green Screen of Death II and Shock Therapy II, it can't be a bad time to get those to knock out burn events cheap and easy. They're on the lower end price-wise but give a ton of burn points, giving them strong advantages in the upcoming burns, so just keep that in mind. This is on top of the fact that they're also really solid for lower and mid-tier rooms with their high power but low bonuses, which are perfect for the current hamsters meta.
It's definitely worth keeping an eye on these as the shifts happen over the upcoming weeks (sorry, Stef, I know these are your babies!), and I'll also report if there are any large swings in either direction that I see along with how to play them.
Upcoming Hamster Bundles
Keep in mind that there are likely going to be really nice hamster bundles towards the end of the year (on top of any in the near-term like the Halloween announcements), so even if you aren't already set up for hamster-ifying your room yet, these are a great way to get prepared for those sales ahead of time. Mix in the fact that these miners are RLT-based and on the market and you've got an even better deal going for you.
