Hi, all! I wanted to release this as an official notice that a feature that was potentially coming to Hammy has been canceled: the notification system for real-time RollerCoin marketplace miner listings. It was going to be designed in a way that would help boost the economy within the game and benefit RC directly, but they've made it clear that this tool would be way too beneficial for everyone to release it. The entire message (erm, threat?) can be seen below for those who want it from the source:
If you're on mobile and can't read it, here's what it says verbatim:
"This is completely unacceptable and a blatant violation of our Terms and Conditions. If this is on your website, take it down immediately. If you're using it privately, understand this: it is illegal. If you use it, we WILL find out, and you WILL be permanently banned, and you will have no right to appeal the ban."
I was raised to "pick your battles," plus I have other things to do, so the integration of that system has been halted effectively immediately. While the notifications would be a great benefit to everyone, the information is freely available via the RollerCoin marketplace as it is. With the filters they have set up and a general calculation you can do in Excel, you can easily make a little listing of the top 20-30 miners within the range of what you're seeking and just randomly go check. If you change from 12-24 at the top, it'll also refresh the list instantly while leaving your filters intact, so that's a little trick to finding miners that are mispriced (keep clicking the 12/24 because the last miners listed will always be on the front page, so this lets you keep up with real-time listings and see them the instant someone lists them).

I deeply apologize for those who found the addition of that feature to be offensive, and for what it's worth I've never used anything like that, and my history will show that I've bought almost nothing from the marketplace in the history of playing on RC (but I'm also not an active player; 99.9% of my time has been spent building tools, teaching new players, and giving advice, as that's what I find to be the fun part).
You won't see me in the RollerCoin Discord server much going forward as a result of what happened today, but you'll still be able to find analyses, tools, and more for RC here on this site. I know I haven't shared much related to the latest events, but I'll resume again once I finish my current project. You'll be able to see it soon enough as well, so look forward to it! I consider it the successor to Hammy.
