Hi, everyone! I've been getting a lot of questions over the past weeks regarding the gating of certain content within Hammy. While it's designed to be a premium benefit for referrals on RollerCoin -- for what should be very clear reasons -- I've been thinking about alternative pathways as well. This is largely due to the fact that you can't add someone as a referrer after you've already joined and you can't have multiple accounts. So let's dig into the situation as it stands right now and what the plan is.

The Value of Hammy

Let's face it: we're playing a game where the entire premise is that we're competing over scarce resources that are always being diluted by others. For example, in the past 3 weeks alone, the highest league with people in it, Emerald III, has more than doubled in players fighting over the same pool of rewards. The image below shows the start -> end -> delta of the player count for the past 21 days as of this post.
As a result of how the system works, assisting with min-maxing is a situation that directly dilutes our own earnings. In other words, it could be argued that we essentially pay others by giving data that helps compete with us in the same leagues. For the other sites that give information, you still have to piece it all together yourself and figure things out. It changes the entire game when you can click a button to find a very underpriced miner and have it in your inventory a second later with zero effort on your part or have a room automatically maximize your base power for the league you want with the click of a button and literally draw out the exact miner moves you need to make. And that's what makes Hammy so special: what would normally take a lot of time, effort, and analysis is automatically done for you. And there are tools coming out to just further automate it all even further. On top of this, there are all the historical things like sales and everything else I've yet to see other sites cover. In other words, Hammy is not like other sites despite the majority of the community trying to claim it's a clone.

A Huge Move and Change to Referral Access

"I already have an account" is a valid argument for why someone can't become a referral, but it doesn't change the necessity of keeping things gated -- for both myself and those who truly do support the work and benefits that have come out of this massive project. I've personally been using these tools for about a year now (though I had to go through a huge rewriting phase because mine aren't quite the same -- I've shared tons of data from the internal ones over the past year, so those who have seen me analyze things in Discord know what I mean).

There is very soon going to be a new referral opportunity unrelated to RollerCoin. I've been working on a fairly large project that I'll be announcing in the near future. And yes, it's an earning opportunity with multiple avenues! I picked up on it not that long ago and fell in love with the scope of the project, and I wanted to help bring it to others. Those who end up joining it through me and are active will be able to benefit from not only enhanced benefits on the other site I'm launching but also on Hammy! I genuinely think it's a great fit for our community, and I've been really stoked about being able to bring it to you all, so definitely keep watch for the announcement! I'm working on getting it out ASAP!
