A Guide to RollerCoin Burn Event Frequency
If you are new to the game and are building up an inventory of already useless miners or you're already experienced and are just getting overwhelmed with how many of them you have, you may be asking yourself: when is the next RollerCoin burn event? While there is no exact frequency, this guide hopes to help break down their importance (and sometimes lack thereof) along with how to sort of follow their cadence using Hammy as your guide! So let's dig in! Please note that a better breakdown of what they are and how they work is separate -- this guide is meant to focus on the when, the frequency, and the internal dynamics that surround them.
How to Use Hammy to Help
I need to be clear about something right off the bat: there's no way to tell the exact date of any burn event prior to them being announced by the official administration. Past that, we sort of use patterns to work it out, which is a pretty good method overall. If you check out our own RollerCoin burn events history, you can see the dates of all of the latest ones. To help make this easier, I'll draw them out in a little list as well:
- March 26: Petals Go BOOM
- April 16: Burning City (3 weeks)
- May 21: All Gone Wrong (5 weeks)
- June 25: Crowd Roar (5 weeks)
- July 23: Rum Burning (4 weeks)
- August 20: Burning Wheels (4 weeks)
- October 1: Ashes to Riches (6 weeks)
The cadence does change from time to time, but I've always followed this rule, and it's held pretty steady: 4 weeks. If it isn't by then, the chance of one happening in each subsequent week is much higher because we already know burn events are coming. It's not about if but rather when, and since they're a core method of getting rid of miners so you can clean out space to use our RollerCoin room auto optimizer to find the best leagues, I feel that's a good time frame to stick to.
With that said, our next one should be in probably 2-3 weeks from the time of this guide! Just be sure you don't accidentally wipe your room, as many have done, because the rewards for the RollerCoin burn events are more about having a way to get back something for miners you can't use than to actually build up from (since there is no way to delete items from your inventory). And, as always, be sure to look at Hammy for all of the rewards you can obtain along with the exact merge costs based on up-to-date market prices on parts and more!
